Camille is the founder and CEO of Afineur, a biotech company using disruptive fermentations to craft tastier, healthier and more sustainable food starting with coffee.

Camille is an advocate of using biology as technology and has been working on fostering biotechnological innovations across the private, public and social sectors previously as the founder of SynBio Consulting and as an advisor for the European Commission.

He is trained as a bioengineer and earned his PhD in Synthetic Biology with the highest distinctions between Harvard and Paris University.
